Undergraduate Research
Every year, a variety of opportunities exist for undergraduate research in the fields of geology, environmental science, and planetary geology. Students are encouraged to contact individual faculty with questions about current research opportunities. Most faculty will create and tailor a research project to student’s particular interests.

Try Undergraduate Research!
EEPS faculty investigate the Earth’s physical, chemical, and biological systems. There are many chances for undergraduates to research in geology, environmental science, and planetary geology each year. Students should talk to faculty members to learn about available research projects. Faculty members often design projects that match a student’s interests.
