Paque (’79) honored with Philanthropy Award by the college

Julie Paque, undergraduate geology major (’79), was recently honored by the College of Arts & Sciences with its Philanthropy Award. Julie has had an accomplished record as a research scientist at Caltech and elsewhere. She is probably the only UT graduate who is the namesake for a mineral, paqueite. Julie was recognized as a long-term supporter of EPS, including establishing an endowment to fund the Hap McSween professorship.
